Если вы хотите завести четвероногого друга, то советуем брать социализированных питомцев из приюта. Так вы поможете сократить количество бездомных животных. Если вы впервые «усыновляете» собачку или кошку из приюта, то не переживайте об отсутствии опыта. О том, как ухаживать за животным вам обязательно расскажут. Но зачастую, люди также относят питомцев в приюты, которые и без того переполнены и не располагают достаточными средствами и ресурсами для помощи всем животным. Некоторые из них соглашаются взять животное при условии, что содержание и лечение (при необходимости) будет профинансировано тем, кто его принёс, до нахождения нового дома и хозяина. При отсутствии средств на лечение либо содержание, можно обратиться к фондам для сбора средств. Стоит также отметить, что спонсирование приютов ведется только частными лицами и государство не принимает в этом участия.  Помните, что приюты - это не спасение для животного, а временное пристанище и если обстоятельства не позволяют взять животное домой, то всегда можно стать волонтером.
